Instagram Type Specimen

This was another project from my basic graphic design class, done in Adobe Illustrator. I was instructed to make a series of 10 slides designed for an Instagram post that would both showcase a typeface as well as communicate a theme. 

This assignment gave me further experience with typefaces and characters, it provided good practice for my illustration skills using the pen tool, and it helped me develop my ability to create a layout that works well on its own as well as in its larger context
